About us

Our story.

Nurturing Life Connections was founded by Jazmyn in April 2023, drawing on years of experience walking alongside families through some of their most important moments. With a Bachelor of Social Work and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, Jazmyn has spent her career at the intersection of child development and family support, first as an early childhood educator, then in early childhood coordination roles supporting families of children aged 0–12 through the NDIS, where she helped them navigate developmental concerns, delays and disabilities.

Nurturing Life Connections was born from a simple belief: that every child deserves a thoughtful, strengths-based environment to grow in, and every family deserves to feel genuinely supported on the journey.
